About U-Retreat

No, the locations displayed on the website are a selection of the locations we offer. If you’d like to learn more about our retreat locations, please contact us.
Once you have a location or a direction in mind, we will send you a Wish a Wish form to fill, based on that form you will get a presentation with the location, food, the activities, and including the total retreat cost and the amount you will earn from it (will be agreed on)
Prices vary depending on the location, room type, meals, and activities. While they range from 700 to 2000 Euros for one week, we invite you to contact us for pricing details about the retreat you’re interested in.
Absolutely, Yes. Just get in touch with us.
Since this is your retreat, you’re in charge! You will select the activities, classes, meals, and meal times, and we’ll be alongside you during the planning process to help you along and suggest a program for you. You may also choose add-on activities to include in your program (costs vary).

U-Retreat could take care of all aspects of the booking and payment process so that you can devote all your energy to your classes and students for an extra charge. We can also leave it for you to collect the money with your students…
We will discuss this during the planning process, as it depends on the location and number of guests.
The amount you earn is up to you! During the planning process we will let you know the total cost of expenses, including activities. You can set the retreat price based on the amount you’d like to earn and the number of guests you expect to have.
You will receive your payment from U-Retreat within two weeks of the end of your retreat.

It differs, we will let you know about it according to the location and activities selected.
The retreat cost could be all-inclusive for the agreed-upon retreat features, including accommodations, meals, classes, and activities. The cost does not include airfare, travel visas, and activities outside of the retreat program.

Travel Arrangements

We offer travel arrangements through our booking partner and at an additional cost. (link to travel partner)
Since travel origins and schedules tend to vary, most guests travel to the retreat location independently. We will provide the date and time that all guests should arrive by. Of course, it’s no problem if guests must arrive late or depart early — let us know and we will ensure they have the information necessary to get to and from the retreat location.
Transfers from the airport to the retreat location can be included at an additional cost.
We’re unable to provide advice on travel documentation. Each traveler is responsible for securing the appropriate travel documents and should contact the embassy to determine what they require to enter the country.
If you’d like to arrive before the retreat starts, we can help you secure accommodations at a local hotel (subject to availability). Our travel partner can help you for your booking (link to travel partner)
Since guests arrive at varying times, the first day is dedicated to exploring the retreat location and getting to know each other. You’ll have dinner together and take time to discuss the program for the week.

During the Retreat

No. You and your retreat guests will have exclusive use of the entire villa and property.
If you’d like a private room, please let us know during the retreat planning process.
Your retreat group will have a local U-Retreat host who will be both a guide and a caretaker, showing you the hidden gems that only locals know about ensuring that you and your guests have everything you need.
U-Retreat has private chefs that will cook for you and your guests using local, organic ingredients. Our chefs are able to cater to dietary restrictions, U-Retreat offers only a plant-based menu.
